We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our business development and tendering operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of government tenders, documentation, and online tender filing processes. Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and monitor government and private tenders through online portals.
- Prepare and submit tender documents on behalf of the company.
- Maintain tender-related documentation and records properly.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required documents and quotations.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
- Follow up on tender status, bid submissions, and approvals.
- Maintain client and vendor communication professionally.
- Support the sales and business development team in day-to-day activities.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance documents.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Government Tender Portals and E-Tendering process.
- Understanding of documentation and file management.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Quick learner with positive attitude.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers can apply).
- Candidates with up to 6 months of experience in tender filing or sales support will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of government procurement/tender process is an advantage.

- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team player with skilled behavior.
Salary
- As per industry standards and candidate’s knowledge/skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
