Experience: 1–2 years

Qualification: Diploma / BEKey Responsibilities:Provide real-time support for meetings, events, and video conferencing (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx)Troubleshoot and resolve AV hardware/software and network integration issuesPerform preventive maintenance and equipment testingCoordinate with vendors and internal IT/support teamsMaintain AV documentation, incident logs, and SOP adherenceManage inventory of AV assets and consumablesEnsure systems are always operational and ready for eventsSupport live events; flexible working hours may be requiredMandatory Skills:AV systems setup, support & troubleshootingVideo conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx)AV hardware knowledge (projectors, microphones, speakers, control panels)Basic networking concepts (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP configuration, connectivity issues)AV system integration with network infrastructureTroubleshooting & support skills
