Site Supervisor – Civil Construction | Real Estate | Residential & Commercial Projects

We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, civil construction, RCC work, finishing work, contractor management, quality control, safety compliance, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction site execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing, waterproofing, and MEP coordination.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and material vendors.
- Ensure adherence to construction quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections, resolve execution issues, and maintain daily progress reports.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, engineers, and project managers.
- Verify material consumption, inventory, and minimize wastage.




- Ensure timely completion of work with high-quality execution.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in civil site supervision, real estate, residential or commercial construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, construction methods, building materials, MS Office, QA/QC, and site management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
