Job Title: Electrical Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Technician holding a valid B or C Electrical Licence to join our Operations & Maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and electro-mechanical systems in commercial, industrial, or facility management environments.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Valid B Licence or C Licence issued by the State Electrical Licensing Board.

Experience

- B Licence: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Electrical O&M.;
- C Licence: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical O&M.;
- Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, data centres, manufacturing plants, or facility management projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate, monitor, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore equipment promptly.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Maintain daily maintenance logs, checklists, and service reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers during major maintenance activities.
- Support emergency response during electrical failures and shutdowns.

Desired Skills

- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams (SLD).
- Familiarity with permit-to-work (PTW) systems and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and attend emergency breakdowns.

Mandatory Requirements

- Valid B or C Electrical Licence.
- Experience in Operation & Maintenance (O&M;) of electrical and MEP systems.
- Good understanding of electrical safety practices and statutory compliance.
- Physically fit to work in plant and facility environments.
