Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
- Promote rooftop solar, ground-mounted solar, EPC services, solar pumps, and related renewable energy solutions.
- Generate leads through site visits, networking, channel partners, consultants, architects, and government agencies.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Marketing

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote solar products and services.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars,



and renewable energy events.
- Coordinate digital marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Assist in branding and promotional activities.

Customer Relationship Management

- Conduct site surveys with technical teams.
- Understand customer energy consumption and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-up until project closure.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams during project execution.
- Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
