Job Purpose:

Responsible for entire finance function of the unit including maintenance of books and records. The main purpose is to ensure financial control by establishing effective systems. Responsibilities include:

Should have handled independently factory accounts position Costing- Cost Statements/Reports Preparation, Cost Analysis, Cost Management

Budgets Preparation and Variance Analysis

Preparation of Monthly, MIS, Variance Analysis

Stock Valuations and addressing stock Issues

Financial Statements (BS, CF, P&L;) Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Accounts,



Handling Statutory Auditors

Preparation, periodical updation and Compliance of SOPs, Internal Financial Control, Handling IFC Audits, IND AS etc.

Handling Internal Audits

Compliance of Internal procedures

Capex Management Capex Budgets preparation and its periodical Review Government Liasoning.

Liaoning/coordination with all the functional departments in the factory and HO.

Exposure to Tax audits, Indirect Taxes and SEZ provisions etc.,

He should have the experience in material management, commercials.

Having experience in continuous process unit is an added advantage.

Having Knowledge on Derivative Contracts and Accounting is added advantage.Unit
