Service Engineer

Qualification:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. Electronics

Experience:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in servicing and repair of diagnostic laboratory equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of diagnostic lab machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment faults at customer sites.
- Attend service calls and provide prompt technical support.
- Maintain service records and submit reports.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules.
- Support senior engineers in installation and commissioning activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of diagnostic laboratory instruments and electronics.
- Good fault-finding and repair skills.




- Basic computer knowledge and report preparation.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Willingness to travel as required.
