Accountant Executive

Job Summary

We are hiring an Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting processes, Tally ERP, GST, and MS Excel. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to ensure compliance with financial and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and ledger entries.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment transactions using Tally ERP.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, debit notes, credit notes, and other accounting documents.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor account balances.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.




- Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related discipline.
- 1.5–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Positive understanding of bookkeeping, GST, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.

Salary
