Role Overview: We're seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction operations and drive project execution from planning through completion. You'll be responsible for day-to-day site management, technical coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Estimate material quantities and prepare cost assessments
- Develop and manage project schedules and timelines
- Supervise construction execution and monitor progress
- Coordinate with contractors,
vendors, and site teams
- Handle client communications and site interactions
- Maintain site documentation and records
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of hands-on site experience in residential construction/redevelopment
- Strong understanding of construction methods and practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience with project scheduling and quantity estimation
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
