We are looking for enthusiastic and technically sound professionals to join our Design Department. Applications are invited from:

* Junior Architects (B.Arch)

* AutoCAD Draughtsmen (Civil / Mechanical / Architecture)

Candidates with experience in façade engineering, glazing, ACP cladding, aluminium systems, or building envelope projects will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare architectural façade designs and detailed shop drawings.

* Develop fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and installation drawings.

* Prepare curtain wall, structural glazing, aluminium window, ACP cladding, and glass detailing.

* Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, glass schedules, and aluminium schedules.

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, vendors, and project execution teams.

* Review architectural drawings and propose technically feasible façade solutions.

* Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, Indian Standards, and industry best practices.

* Assist in design development, project coordination, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

* Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (Mandatory).

* Experience in façade detailing, glazing systems, aluminium systems, and ACP cladding.

* Ability to prepare detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings.

* Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, SolidWorks,



or other 3D software will be an added advantage.

* Good understanding of glass specifications, aluminium profiles, and façade construction.

* Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

* B.Arch / Diploma / ITI / BE (Civil or Mechanical) or equivalent.

* 1–5 years of relevant experience.

* Freshers with excellent AutoCAD skills and a strong interest in façade engineering may also apply.
