About the Role

Neelavath Softwares is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role combines business development, marketing, client relationship management, and career outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business opportunities through colleges, institutions, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions.
- Visit colleges and conduct career development and career improvement sessions for students.
- Promote the company's training programs, internships, and software development services.
- Coordinate with college placement officers, department heads, and management.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness.
- Maintain reports of meetings, leads, and business progress.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
- Willingness to travel to colleges and educational institutions.
- Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a passion for sales and business development.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and online communication tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Educational Marketing, Business Development, Sales, or Campus Relations is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and confidence are also encouraged to apply.
