Job Overview

We are looking for a CapCut-focused Video Editor cum Videographer who can shoot and edit high-performing content for social media. This is not a basic editing role. You will be responsible for creating scroll-stopping reels, ads, and branded video content.

If you only know basic cuts and transitions, don’t apply.

Key Responsibilities

Videography

- Shoot high-quality videos for social media, ads, and brand content
- Handle lighting, framing, angles, and basic direction during shoots
- Work on indoor and outdoor shoots depending on project requirements

Video Editing (Cap Cut Priority)

- Edit reels and short-form videos using Cap Cut (mandatory)
- Create fast-paced, engaging videos with solid hooks in the first 3 seconds
- Add captions, effects, sound design, and trending elements
- Repurpose content into multiple formats for different platforms

Content Execution

- Understand content briefs and execute accordingly
- Collaborate with the social media and creative team




- Stay updated with trends and apply them to brand content

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Cap Cut (non-negotiable)
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends
- Basic videography knowledge (camera handling, framing, lighting)

Experience Required

- Agency or content production experience preferred
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of reels and ad videos will be prioritized

Preferred Skills (Bonus, not mandatory)

- Knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Understanding of branding and ad creatives
- Experience working with influencers or brands
