Civil Site SupervisorJob Summary:

The Civil Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of ongoing construction projects, ensuring execution as per drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety norms. The role includes coordination with architects, interior designers, vendors, and liaison teams, along with managing site resources such as materials, labour, and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities for ongoing projects
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Manage and track material inventory, procurement requirements, and site consumption
- Coordinate procurement and timely availability of construction materials
- Supervise labour teams and subcontractors for productivity and discipline
- Manage deployment and utilization of construction machinery and equipment
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and interior designers for design implementation




- Ensure proper communication and coordination with liaisoning and approval authorities when required
- Maintain daily site progress reports, measurements, and work documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations
- Identify and resolve on-site technical and execution issues promptly
- Support project manager/engineer in planning and scheduling work activities

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Relevant experience in building construction / site execution (preferred)
- Robust understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site management
- Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in residential/commercial construction projects
- Knowledge of billing, estimation, and site reporting
- Ability to handle labour and subcontractor management
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and site reporting tools

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
