We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Operations Executive to support tender documentation, coordination, and communication activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, be proficient in MS Excel, and have a robust aptitude for documentation and follow-up. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain tender-related documents and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information for tender submissions.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of tender documents.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of tender records.
- Prepare reports and update data using MS Excel.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Follow up on tender-related requirements and deadlines.
- Perform administrative and documentation support for the tender process.
