Role Overview

​We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and forward-thinking Project Manager to lead our cross-functional teams across digital marketing, web development, software engineering, and AI-driven initiatives.

​In this role, you will be the bridge between client vision and technical execution. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, streamline workflows using Agile/Scrum methodologies, and actively integrate cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate delivery. We are looking for someone who is not just a coordinator, but a problem-solver eager to learn and leverage emerging platforms like Luma AI Agent to build high-quality, premium content faster.

​Key Responsibilities

​1. Project Planning & Delivery

- ​End-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns, web development sprints, software lifecycles, and AI content generation pipelines.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with senior leadership and clients.
- Monitor project performance, track milestones, and proactively mitigate risks or blockers.

​2. Team Coordination & Agile Leadership

- ​Lead cross-functional teams (developers, designers, digital marketers, and content creators).
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Resource allocation to ensure maximum productivity without team burnout.

​3. Client & Stakeholder Management

- ​Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations with clear, transparent, and concise communication.
- Translate complex client requirements into actionable technical tasks for production teams.

​4. AI Integration & Innovation

- ​Actively research, master, and implement the Luma AI Agent platform within our production workflows to plan, generate, refine, and deliver multimodal content (text, image, video, audio, and voice).




- Standardize the use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) across the project lifecycle to optimize speed and maintain premium quality.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

- ​Experience: 3+ years of experience managing projects in a digital agency, software house, or tech-driven environment.
- Methodologies: Strong operational knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks and software development workflows.
- Tools Proficiency:
- Project Management & Docs: Jira, Notion, Google Workspace.
- Communication: Slack.
- AI Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot.
- Adaptability: A robust willingness and aptitude to quickly learn new AI platforms, specifically the Luma AI Agent platform.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a natural ability to present technical updates clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive "get things done" mindset with the ability to handle multiple shifting priorities simultaneously.

​Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications

- ​Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM workflows, or social media content production timelines.
- Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP certification.
- Prior experience or keen interest in prompt engineering or multimodal AI content generation workflows.
