We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our growing team in Mohali. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about helping students choose the right educational programs, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally.
- Explain courses, training programs, and education services.
- Counsel students based on their career goals and requirements.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Update lead information and call status in the CRM.
- Schedule counselling sessions for the admissions team.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly conversion targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.




- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
