The representative will collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and help improve processes, documentation, and overall service quality.
Qualifications

- Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through proactive follow-up and problem resolution.
- Explicit and confident Communication skills,



both verbal and written.
- Basic Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving common issues.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or helpdesk role is preferred.
- Comfort using ticketing systems, CRM tools, and other support software.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage time effectively, and handle multiple queries at once.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in IT, business, or a related field is a plus.
