Responsibilities and Duties

- Would be based from Bangalore
- Achieves Market share and revenue goals working with the Sales Executive and coordinating with the teams on other locations.
- Creates 100% Guest Satisfaction by providing the experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding the guest expectation by creating a “wow” factor.
- Should have the experience of having done Sales blitz by tapping the local markets locationwise to increase the revenue by highlighting the USP of the propertywith the Corporates.
- Well versed in devising sales strategies and thinking “out of the box’ in generation of revenues for all properties.
- Positive knowledge about coimbatore Market and the USP of the property when it comes to tapping customers.
- Conduct Assessment of Sales performance to make necessary adjustments to increase patronage
- Maintain contact with the client to obtain feedback and to discuss future business opportunities




- Set Annual budgets and implement strategies effective for achieving targets
- Resolve and quell all ,misunderstandings within the Hotel premises.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Computer savvy - We work extensively with online collaboration tools, so you should be comfortable with computers, whatsapp, MS office, etc. IHM education/hotel management degree from a reputed college is a plus
- Presentable with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. A go getter and team player and a “live wire “ when it comes to Sales.
- Experience in Hotel Sales is a must.
