Key Responsibilities

- Enquiry Management: Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing accurate details on courses, fees, and requirements.
- Student Recruitment: Organizing and participating in school events, open houses, and career fairs to boost enrollment numbers.
- Application Process: Guiding families through the registration, document submission, and admission interview processes.
- Relationship Management: Building rapport with prospective students and parents, maintaining a CRM database of interactions, and following up on leads.
- Database Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of enrolled students.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate school values and policies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with students and parents and resolve concerns.
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, often in education, marketing, or a related field.
