Job Summary

Webtechnomind IT Solutions is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with hands-on expertise in Lead Generation. The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads while maximizing ROI.
- Manage audience targeting, remarketing, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to improve campaign results.

Mandatory Skills





- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Expert in Meta (Facebook) Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and lead generation.
- Experience optimizing CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Screening Criteria

- Only candidates with hands-on paid advertising and lead generation experience will be considered.
- Candidates with only organic social media management experience need not apply.
- Agency or IT industry experience is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
