Job Opening: Sales Executive – Retail Jewellery

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Welcome showroom visitors, understand their preferences, and assist them in selecting gold, diamond, and precious stone jewelry.
- Product Presentation: Showcase products effectively, explaining purity, design details, craftsmanship, and pricing/making charges transparently.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and branch monthly sales goals.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure counters, display cases, and jewelry items are clean, organized, and properly displayed according to brand standards.
- Customer Loyalty: Build long-term relationships with clients, follow up on orders/customizations, and inform regular customers about new collections or special offers.
- Inventory & Safety:



Handle high-value jewelry with care and assist with regular stock counting and inventory checks.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of retail sales experience (experience in gold, diamond, or luxury retail preferred).
- Communication: Strong communication skills in Tamil (English or other local languages are a plus).
- Skills: Good interpersonal skills, active listening, and basic math/numerical skills for billing calculations.
- Traits: Honest, trustworthy, customer-friendly demeanor, and presentable appearance.
