Key Responsibilities:

- Define and lead the strategic vision and roadmap for platform services aligning with organizational objectives technology strategy and compliance requirements
- Drive continuous innovation and improvement through adoption of modern technologies best practices and emerging trends
- Build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships across business technology and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Lead enterprise wide change management initiatives to enable adoption of new platforms tools and agile ways of working
- Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate platform effectiveness and drive data driven optimization
