Job Description

- Lead business analysis initiatives for banking and financial platforms with a focus on Virtual Account Management (VAM), Cash Management Platforms, and Liquidity Management.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across operations, technology, and product teams.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
- Support the implementation of Remote Cheque Printing and Remote Cheque Scanning solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Drive UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Provide domain expertise and strategic input for platform enhancements and process optimization.

Qualifications





- Robust understanding of corporate banking and transaction banking products.
- Proven expertise in Virtual Account Management (VAM), Cash Management Platforms, and Liquidity Management.
- Hands-on experience with Remote Cheque Printing and Remote Cheque Scanning solutions.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience

- Minimum of 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in UAE banking or financial services.
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale financial technology or banking transformation projects.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.
- Experience supporting the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement gathering through deployment.
