Accounts Executive

AppSquadz Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. If you have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare financial reports and analyze data using Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients on account-related matters.
- Assist with audits and ensure timely monthly and annual financial closures.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial principles.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas,



reporting, etc.).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical ability with high attention to detail.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks is preferred.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Equivalent
