CTC: ₹5.0 – ₹8.0 LPA (Based on experience)

About the Role:
We are hiring a Marketing Head for a leading fish feed company to lead sales and marketing operations, drive business growth, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the sales & marketing team
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
- Monitor sales targets and team performance
- Build robust relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers
- Drive business development and market expansion
- Design and implement sales promotion schemes

Requirements:

- Experience in fish feed marketing preferred
- Candidates from aquaculture, animal feed, poultry feed, shrimp feed,



or related industries can also apply
- Strong leadership and business development skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Candidates based in Kolkata or nearby preferred
- Existing market network in Moyna, Haroa, or nearby aquaculture markets will be an advantage
