About the Role / Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager(Digital Marketing & branding) to join our client a software development and digital solutions firm based in Kakkanad, Ernakulam, Kerala. As a key member of of their team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, sales, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business objectives
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to track business performance

Requirements / Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales,



or marketing, preferably in the software development or digital solutions industry
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
