Position- Senior Engineer -Plotted Development

Exp-3 -8 Year (Road works, utility works, underground services is must )

Key Responsibilities

- Design & Planning: Analyze maps, topographical data, and soil test results to determine structural feasibility. Use CAD and simulation software to design project blueprints.
- Cost Estimation: Calculate budgets for materials, equipment, and labor to ensure projects are economically viable.
- Regulatory Compliance: Submit permit applications and ensure all construction adheres to local, state, and federal building codes.
- Site Management: Oversee construction operations, monitor progress, and verify that the building process aligns with the final engineering plans.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct environmental impact assessments and implement risk management strategies
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Licensing: A state-issued Qualified Engineer (PE) license is typically required for higher-level roles or if providing services to the public.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and structural modeling tools.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
