HR Assistant - Experience- 1 to 3 years - Qualification : Any Degree

- Manage daily employee attendance through biometric/time office systems.
- Verify attendance, leave, shift schedules, overtime, and absenteeism records.
- Prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with Manager-HR for payroll processing.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll records.
- Generate salary slips and address payroll-related employee queries.
- Prepare daily and monthly HR MIS reports on attendance, overtime, and manpower.
- Support statutory compliance related to EPF, ESI, LWF and other labour laws.
- Maintain HRIS and update employee master data.
- Assist in joining formalities, employee documentation, and full & final settlements.
- Support internal, statutory, and customer audits related to HR records.

Requirement :





- Experience with biometric attendance systems and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
