Job Summary

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused F&B; Associate to join our team. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences by providing efficient table service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the café/restaurant. Experience as a Barista or Bartender is a strong advantage, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations remain clean and organised.
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Restock supplies and help manage inventory when required.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset.




- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

- Barista experience, including:
- Espresso preparation and milk steaming.
- Latte art and specialty coffee knowledge.
- Coffee grinder calibration and basic machine maintenance.
- Bartending experience, including:
- Preparing classic cocktails and mocktails.
- Basic knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers.
- Responsible alcohol service.
- Bar setup, stock management, and cleanliness.
