Job Summary:
The Interior Site Supervisor oversees daily on-site interior fit-out and renovation activities to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Acts as the primary in office point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, and clients during interior works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, ceilings, MEP finishing, joinery, glazing, FF&E; installation).
- Interpret and enforce construction drawings, specifications, finishing schedules, and shop drawings on site.
- Implement and maintain site safety protocols; conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
