Our client is a leading firm in providing Investigation and security solution services since 40+ yrs. We are looking for a driven and technically sound Sales Development Manager for Technical Sales to lead growth across our portfolio of integrated security, AI surveillance and facility management.

This role blends consultative selling with technical understanding — ideal for someone who can translate complex solutions into compelling business value for clients.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving B2B sales of technology products and solutions across security systems, AI surveillance, and technology offerings.

Ø Lead Generation – Identify and approach potential enterprise clients for technology solutions

Ø Solution Selling – Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology products

Ø Sales Closure – Manage end-to-end sales cycle including follow-ups and deal closure

Ø Institutionalisation – Ensure solutions are embedded within client operations for long-term engagement

Ø Relationship Management – Build and maintain robust client relationships

Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
