About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage product catalog operations for our fashion e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing, catalog management, backend operations, stock updates, vendor coordination, and handling product-related issues including returns and out-of-stock management.

Key Responsibilities

- Upload and manage product listings on the website with accurate details.
- Handle product mapping and categorization as per website standards.
- Perform backend updates on Magento, including price changes, content updates, and product status management.
- Maintain and update inventory and stock availability regularly.
- Monitor and manage out-of-stock products and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
- Review product data such as titles, descriptions, attributes, SKUs, images, and size charts.
- Ensure catalog accuracy and minimize listing errors.
- Coordinate with vendors for product information, corrections, and availability.
- Handle product-related returns and catalog-related issues.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and design.
- Maintain proper documentation and product data records.





Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce catalog/product operations (fashion preferred).
- Experience in product listing, mapping, and catalog management.
- Knowledge of fashion products, variants, attributes, and sizing.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and stock handling.
- Good command over Excel for bulk uploads and data management.
- Hands-on experience with backend.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to manage large product catalogs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
- Understanding of e-commerce workflows and order lifecycle.
- Experience working with fashion or apparel brands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
