Job Summary:
The Project Site Supervisor (Civil) is responsible for overseeing daily construction site activities, ensuring work is completed according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor labour, contractors, and material usage on site.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to track project progress.
- Maintain site reports and ensure timely completion of work.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years experience in construction site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and safety practices.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
