Surya Cem Private Limited is looking for fresh graduates for a dynamic and growth-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Moosapet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, business growth, and building robust customer relationships. This is a field-based role that requires regular market visits and direct interaction with dealers, contractors, retailers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers, dealers, retailers, and project sites in the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Promote and sell the company's paint products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payments.
- Submit daily sales and visit reports to management.

Requirements

- Passion for sales, growth, and career development.
- Willingness to travel extensively in the field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.




- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
- Prior experience in paint, building materials, construction products, or FMCG sales is preferred.
- Minimum qualification: MBA / Graduate (preferred).
