Bilivin Education is looking for a sincere and responsible Office Boy/Girl to assist with daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Handle courier dispatch and collection of documents when required.
- Arrange meeting rooms and assist during meetings.
- Ensure pantry supplies, stationery, and office essentials are adequately stocked.
- Support the HR and Administration team with day-to-day office activities.
- Open and close the office as per company requirements.
- Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification:



10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
- Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred but is not mandatory.
