About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical positions across Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, and AI/ML. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to identify top engineering talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Handle offer negotiations and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment data in the ATS and support onboarding coordination.




- Share market insights on talent availability, salary trends, and competitor hiring.

Required Skills

- 4–5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, preferably in an IT Services company.
- Strong experience hiring for technologies such as Java, Python, React, AWS, Azure, GCP, Data Engineering, and AI/ML.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and ATS platforms.
- Good understanding of software technologies and engineering roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
