The Team Leader – Operations is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the cinema theatre, delivering excellent customer service, supervising frontline staff, and maintaining operational standards throughout all shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily theatre operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
- Lead and motivate Box Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations teams.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate movie show readiness, auditorium inspections, and crowd management.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
- Monitor F&B; sales, stock availability, and wastage control.
- Support cash handling procedures and operational reporting.
- Train current employees and monitor team performance.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, IT, and Security teams for uninterrupted operations.
- Prepare daily operational reports and submit them to the Operations Manager.

Requirements

- Any Degree/Diploma.
- 2–5 years of experience in cinema, hospitality, retail, or customer service operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
