Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining services, and generating leads for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound calls and customer queries
- Explain company services and offerings clearly
- Generate and qualify leads
- Maintain records of calls and customer details
- Follow up with interested clients
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus (freshers can apply)
