We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 3 -5 years of expertise in PU footwear production. The ideal candidate will oversee the production process, ensuring timely output and delivery aligned with business demands. Solid leadership, planning, and coordination skills are essential to maintain high efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage PU production operations to achieve daily and monthly targets
- Plan production schedules, manage raw material inventory, and optimize workflow
- Ensure maximum machine utilization with minimal downtime
- Supervise and guide the production team for effective manpower deployment
- Maintain QA/QC standards throughout the production cycle
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Design, Purchase, and Dispatch
- Generate detailed production reports and analytics using MS Excel
