Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Lead/Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), along with strong technical leadership and client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, architect, and implement scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure on GCP and/or AWS.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads using Helm and Kustomize.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Cloud Build, Harness, or similar tools.
- Implement rolling, canary, and blue/green deployment strategies.
- Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, auditability, and observability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and platform issues.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical and business requirements and deliver effective cloud solutions.
- Participate in Agile planning, backlog management, and sprint activities.
- Support pre-sales engagements by providing technical expertise when required.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or a similar role.




- Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Robust experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Kustomize.
- Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of cloud security, governance, compliance, and best practices.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and infrastructure observability tools.
- Strong understanding of high availability, scalability, disaster recovery, and cloud architecture.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Python or other scripting languages.
- Experience with Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Experience with GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Cloud Build, or Harness.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Client-facing consulting experience.

Preferred Certifications

- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Google Cloud Security or Networking Certifications
- AWS Solutions Architect Certification

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
