Key Responsibilities*

1. Safe Crane Operation

- Operate EOT crane, gantry crane, or mobile crane for lifting precast beams, slabs, columns, molds

- Follow load chart and SWL - Secure Working Load strictly

2. Lifting & Material Handling

- Lift, shift and place precast elements from casting bed to stacking yard

- Load/unload trucks with precast components using proper slings, D-shackles, lifting anchors

3. Safety & Compliance

- Do pre-start safety check: brakes, limit switches, hoist, wire rope, horn, emergency stop

- Use PPE: helmet, safety belt, gloves, shoes

- Follow Drsti Safety SOP and TN Factory Act rules

- Report any defect, near miss, or accident immediately

4. Coordination

- Take signals from rigger/spotter. Use hand signals / walkie-talkie

- Coordinate with casting, deshuttering, and loading team for smooth workflow

5. Housekeeping & Maintenance

- Keep crane cabin and yard area clean

- Basic lubrication and daily inspection log

- Inform maintenance team for breakdown

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
