We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to support our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
Assist in offer rollouts and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring portals.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals.
Basic understanding of HR policies and recruitment lifecycle.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
