Job Title: Resume Writer – US IT Staffing

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a resume writer who understands US IT staffing dynamics—not just formatting resumes, but positioning candidates to win interviews in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, review, and finalise high-quality, ATS-optimised resumes tailored to specific job descriptions using keyword analysis and role alignment.
- Example: Convert a generic Java developer profile into a role-specific “Java + Micro services + AWS” resume for a banking client.
- Example: Reframe a support engineer’s experience to match a DevOps role using relevant tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Analyse job descriptions and extract critical keywords, technologies, and client expectations to ensure maximum ATS match rates.
- Example: Identify missing keywords like “REST APIs” or “Spring Boot” and incorporate them naturally into the resume.
- Example: Align resume summary with client priorities (e.g., “US Healthcare domain experience”).
- Leverage AI tools and language models to enhance resume clarity, grammar, and impact while maintaining authenticity.
- Example:



Use AI to rewrite weak bullet points into measurable achievements (“improved performance by 30%”).
- Example: Optimise resume structure for readability without keyword stuffing.
- Collaborate with recruiters and candidates to gather accurate technical and project details.
- Example: Work with bench sales teams to quickly customise resumes for hot requirements.
- Example: Conduct quick intake calls to extract missing project details.
- Ensure resumes meet US market standards, formatting expectations, and client submission guidelines.

Required Skills:

- 2–7 years of experience in US IT staffing or resume writing
- Solid understanding of ATS systems and keyword optimisation
- Familiarity with US IT roles (Java, .NET, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.)
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, resume optimisation tools, etc.)

Nice to Have:

- Experience working with bench sales/recruitment teams
- Exposure to multiple domains (Healthcare, Banking, Retail)

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
