- Set up VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines before production runs
- Install and align fixtures, vises, and tools properly
- Program Handling
- Load CNC programs into the machine (created by programmers)
- Make minor edits if needed (basic G-code knowledge required)
Trial RunsTroubleshooting
- Perform dry runs and first-piece inspection
- Ensure dimensions meet specifications before mass production
- Identify machining issues (tool wear, vibration, incorrect dimensions)
- Adjust offsets or replace tools accordingly
Qualifications:
Diploma / BE – Mechanical
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
