Roles & Responsibilities:

- Oversee the sales process and develop a good relationship with existing clients like customer handling, customer queries.
- Enquiry Handling, Customer follow-up
- ISO documentation
- Handling Gem portal
- After Sales Support - Customer Complaint and Feedback
- Training the end users on the usage of the device and also on the dashboard.
- Responsible for keeping a track of active devices in the field, doses administered using our device,ground impact indicators.
- Maintaining Customer database of all the clients.
- Responsible for keeping track of demo/testing/free sample devices going out of premises.
- Maintaining track of new Prospects/Leads.
