Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients and their attendants during admission, consultation, treatment, and discharge processes.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments, appointments, billing procedures, and patient facilities.
- Conduct regular patient rounds to assess patient satisfaction and identify service-related concerns.
- Address patient complaints and grievances promptly, ensuring timely resolution through coordination with concerned departments.
- Escalate critical issues to the Patient Relations Manager or hospital management whenever necessary.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure a smooth patient journey and enhance patient experience.
- Assist patients with appointments, referrals, diagnostic services, insurance coordination, and discharge formalities.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain patient feedback through surveys, feedback forms, and direct interactions.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on patient feedback, complaints, service recovery, and satisfaction scores.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with hospital policies, ethical standards, and patient privacy regulations.
- Participate in quality initiatives, NABH compliance activities, and patient experience improvement programs.
- Support VIP patient handling and coordinate special assistance whenever required.
- Ensure proper documentation of complaints, corrective actions, and closure status.
- Work closely with nursing, housekeeping, billing, pharmacy, diagnostics, and other departments to ensure prompt service delivery.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
