ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Open to All - No restriction on Backlogs
- Have relevant skills and interests
- "Get things done” attitude
- Are available for Full-Time in the office.
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in Graphic Designing
- Advanced Tool Knowledge is a must for Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

JOB PROFILE

The Graphic Designer (UI/UX) will be responsible for Creating Responsive Website / Admin Panel / Mobile Applications etc. They should know Design Adaptation, Quality Checking, and Maintaining Files while working on tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma.

- The candidate must be well versed with Web Designing Standards along with Social Media Standards.
- Adaptive Designing for various Clients as well as adhering to their brand guidelines.




- Knowledge of Quality Checking, Alignment, and Adjustment of Elements, finding Elements, Keyword Research, Pinterest Knowledge, etc.
- The basic idea of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and WhatsApp Post Creation for Multiple Platforms along with adaptations.
- Should be quick to do Research & Referencing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Adhere to Brand Guidelines as per the requirements while working on Projects.
- Create and adapt the Website / Admin Panel / Mobile Application Design to Multiple Sizes and maintain Standards.
- Creating Static, Energetic Websites / Admin Panels / Mobile Applications.
- Quality Checking and Creative Analysis of Designs.
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design and layout tools.
- Eager to Learn Management Skills and move ahead within 6 months – 12 months.

SALARY / REMUNERATION

- Generous Hike as per Market Standards on the Last Drawn Salary.
- Basic Monthly Salary up to INR 25,000.
- Incentives up to INR 5,000.
- Travelling Allowance is added up to INR 5,000
