Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance Coordinator to join our team in Vadakara. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial documentation, and daily finance operations. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth functioning of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Process invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Maintain expense records and verify bills and purchase invoices.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance in coordination with the Chartered Accountant.
- Manage petty cash and ensure proper financial documentation.
- Maintain financial data using accounting software.




- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related activities.

Requirements

- B.Com or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
- 1–2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime/Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
