We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right UG/PG programs and support them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on UG/PG courses, career options, and admissions.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Guide students through the application and admission process.
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets while providing excellent student support.
Required Skills
- 12th pass /Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1+ year of experience in education counseling, admissions,
or sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve admission goals.
