Job Description

Senior Supervisor Job Description

- Reports to Gate Manager
- Supervise Disassembly supervisors responsible for segregation of pats, modules during the engine, module/sub-module disassembly and support during assembly of the modules and engine.
- Assembly /Disassembly/inspection of engines /Modules, in accordance with the applicable documents, respecting the safety and quality regulations.
- Perform maintenance operations in accordance with the technical instructions, respecting the safety, quality and environmental norms.
- Performs and certify detailed in-depth inspection, dimensional checks of parts, modules, sub modules and accessories as per valid maintenance data.
- Ensure to follow all instructions and procedures according to quality manuals and established inspection standards.
- Ensure all calibrated tools are in good condition and verification checks conducted prior to every use.
- Record the inspections performed in approved format and upload them into IT systems.
- Perform double verifications of the work performed as per technical quality procedures.
- Ensure to maintain positive identification segregation as necessary




- Prepare shop finding reports when non-conformity identified and disposition actions closed in service orders.
- Reporting significant defects, discrepancies, incidents, accidents and ambiguities as per established company procedure.
- Any other related work as instructed by the Safran Aircraft Engines Management to fulfil company requirements regarding engine operations function.

Diploma in Aeronautical/Mechanical Engineering (A.M.E.)/ Graduate in Mechanical/ Aeronautical ENgineering
